A studio in Via San Primo 3, between Via Senato, Via della Spiga and Piazza San Babila. It forms part of a Demora project converting an office of about 180 sq m into three design residences for hospitality. Designed for two guests, the apartment has Italian herringbone parquet, bespoke furnishings, architectural lighting and a layout separating sleeping and living areas. It is used exclusively for short stays, with rates from €220 a night, targeting international tourists.
