Spazi pensati per essere vissuti

A holiday home on Lake Iseo managed for short stays, with strong seasonal performance and a pronounced seasonal pattern.

A home on Lake Iseo managed for about a year as a short-stay rental. The experience was positive particularly during periods of higher demand: in season the property generated around €3,000 a month for the owner, while demand fell significantly outside the season.
